Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management Lead to oversee change management initiatives within Finance organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and document regional change impacts and conduct change readiness assessments
• Regionalize communication and training strategies, ensuring alignment with global plans
• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to support Finance Integration efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, particularly in large scale transformations
• Strong background in supporting Finance organizations or finance-related programs
• Proven ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience in global or multi-region transformations preferred
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools
