Job Summary

Leading change initiatives for a dynamic organization, the full-time Senior Change Management Lead will develop and execute change strategies for large transformation projects, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new tools and processes in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead change strategy for complex transformation initiatives, aligning people and processes with enterprise objectives
  • Provide end-to-end change management consulting, including impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
  • Develop governance processes and visibility to change roadmaps for senior leadership, ensuring alignment and accountability
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in leading organizational change in large enterprises
  • Deep expertise in recognized change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
  • Strong project management capability and executive presence
  • Ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions in complex environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
