Job Summary
Leading the change for the Agentic AI HR transformation, the full-time Senior Change Management Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 10+ years leading organizational change and transformation initiatives within global organizations

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and business leaders
- Experience developing change, communications, engagement, and adoption strategies
- Experience within HR transformation, workforce transformation, or future-of-work initiatives preferred
