Job Summary
Partnering with senior stakeholders, the temporary Senior Transformation & Change Lead will develop and execute change and adoption strategies while working primarily remote, but within commutable distance to Charlotte, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Develop change and adoption strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Create and implement communications, campaigns, and engagement activities to support adoption
- Lead initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in transformation, change, consulting, or related fields
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives from strategy to execution
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
