Senior Change Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for data and analytics transformation
• Create and execute communication and stakeholder engagement plans to support the transformation project
• Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change management activities and provide coaching to leaders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in change management or leading programs, preferably in Banking or Finance
• Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs involving data and analytics
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in change management software and tools, with experience in Tableau and Excel preferred
