Key Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive change management strategies for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations
Align change plans to Finance priorities and enterprise transformation goals
Design and implement adoption strategies, including training and performance support

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Change Management or Transformation roles
Proven experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance) implementations or similar ERP platforms
Understanding of Finance processes and how ERP systems enable them
Experience in developing and executing end-to-end change strategies for large-scale programs
Analytical skills to define KPIs and measure adoption
