Senior Change Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the people side of critical global initiatives, the full-time Senior Change Management Manager will design and execute change strategies to enhance employee engagement and adoption of new processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end change management strategies for global initiatives
• Define and communicate the change vision, impact, and value
• Coach leaders to drive visible sponsorship and engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years leading change for large-scale, global transformations
• Experience creating digital communications (SharePoint, HTML, multimedia)
• Strong ability to develop executive-level messaging and engagement materials
• Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments, preferred
