Job Summary
Supporting organizational change initiatives, the full-time Senior Change Management Partner will lead large-scale change management activities, partner with project teams, and develop engagement strategies in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large-scale change management activities using a structured approach and defined tools
- Conduct business impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness and change risks
- Develop and support change enablement activities to build team member awareness, knowledge, and adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in change management
- 2+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Strong analytical skills to connect and translate complex ideas and data into action
