Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Practitioner (Procurement) to lead change management efforts for a procurement technology rollout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Procurement and Finance stakeholders
  • Develop and implement a Change Plan aligned with project scope and stakeholder needs
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to validate impacts and ensure adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, particularly in technology-enabled transformations
  • Strong background in Procurement, S2P, or related functional domains
  • Proven ability to assess impacts and produce actionable change deliverables
  • Experience working across multiple legacy organizations or business segments
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
