Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior OCM Practitioner (Procurement) to lead change management efforts for a procurement technology rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Procurement and Finance stakeholders
- Develop and implement a Change Plan aligned with project scope and stakeholder needs
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to validate impacts and ensure adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, particularly in technology-enabled transformations
- Strong background in Procurement, S2P, or related functional domains
- Proven ability to assess impacts and produce actionable change deliverables
- Experience working across multiple legacy organizations or business segments
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
