Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Management & Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans for technology initiatives
  • Plan, draft, and deliver end-to-end communications including emails, intranet content, and user updates
  • Apply established change management frameworks to drive adoption of new tools and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred
  • 6-8+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, or technology program support roles
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide technology or digital transformation initiatives preferred
