Senior Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Senior Change Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management strategies for complex, high-impact initiatives
• Design and execute integrated change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and training
• Assess cumulative change impacts across initiatives to identify risks and inform change strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience leading change management efforts for large-scale transformations
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end change strategies
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar) preferred
