Job Summary

To support federal digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Change Management Specialist will develop and execute training and organizational change management strategies, ensuring successful integration of new technologies into mission workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end training and organizational change management strategies
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design tailored curriculum
  • Lead the design and development of instructional materials and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or federal contracting
  • At least 3 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or change management
  • Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management frameworks
  • Proven experience developing training programs for large-scale government IT modernization projects
