Job Summary
To support federal digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Change Management Specialist will develop and execute training and organizational change management strategies, ensuring successful integration of new technologies into mission workflows while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end training and organizational change management strategies
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design tailored curriculum
- Lead the design and development of instructional materials and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or federal contracting
- At least 3 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or change management
- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management frameworks
- Proven experience developing training programs for large-scale government IT modernization projects
