Senior Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager to drive improvements across the Product Development Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize processes for efficient product delivery aligned with business goals
• Lead large-scale change management efforts, assessing impacts and preparing stakeholders
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and support for change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in change management frameworks such as ADKAR and Lean Change Model
• Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence change initiatives
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in coaching teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field; certifications in Change Management and Agile methodologies are advantageous
• Proficiency in Product and Engineering Delivery tools like Jira and Confluence
