Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and drive successful adoption of strategic transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of change management strategies for major technology transformation projects
  • Create and implement a standardized change methodology with scalable activities and templates
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop multi-channel communication plans to engage stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 4-5 years in a senior role
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives, including technology transformations
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter) strongly preferred
  • Experience in matrixed environments, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors
