Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise change management, preferably within HR or workforce transformation
• Experience leading change for AI, automation, or data-driven transformations
• Expertise in change frameworks for technology-enabled operating model shifts
• Strong facilitation and executive advisory skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and emerging technology environments
