Job Summary
To lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Change Manager will ensure organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management for large, high-impact initiatives with broad organizational reach
- Design and execute integrated change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption
- Develop and deliver clear communications and presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region change initiatives
- Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management and milestone tracking
- Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile)
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments
