Job Summary

To lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Change Manager will ensure organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management for large, high-impact initiatives with broad organizational reach
  • Design and execute integrated change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption
  • Develop and deliver clear communications and presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region change initiatives
  • Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management and milestone tracking
  • Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile)
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments
