Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Change Manager will establish partnerships with business leaders to refine and apply a customized people-centered change management methodology, driving successful change initiatives across processes, technology, and organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change strategy design and execution using a structured methodology to meet the unique needs of each change
- Collaborate with key leaders to ensure successful change sponsorship and facilitate practical change management deliverables
- Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders, providing guidance and expanding the change management methodology with best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end change management using established methodologies
- Certification in CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, or ADKAR (required)
- Preferred experience in consulting, Agile, Lean, or actuarial roles
- Industry experience is preferred
