Senior Change Manager

Job Summary

To support a multi-year transformation initiative, the full-time Senior Change Manager will shape and deliver change management strategies for large-scale projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement and change adoption in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an integrated organizational change management approach for specific transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
• Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to align on change management activities and produce communication materials for effective engagement
• Lead the implementation of change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness checks, and monitoring of change adoption metrics

Required qualifications

• An advanced university degree (Master's) in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field
• A minimum of seven years of experience in leading organizational change management activities for large-scale program implementations
• Experience managing stakeholders in complex environments and building relationships across diverse groups
• Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management) is highly desirable
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Spanish is desirable
