Senior Change Orders Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Orders Associate to join their Proposal & Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote commercial and operational success by collaborating on budget development for clinical change orders
• Interface with various departments to achieve accurate and appropriate budget management throughout the study
• Manage the budget development lifecycle and prepare resource/service fees using electronic spreadsheets

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Sciences or Business Administration/Marketing from an accredited institution
• Minimum of five years relevant industry experience, including three years in budget development
• Understanding of CRO services and clinical trial processes
• Good mathematics skills and ability to apply basic accounting and finance concepts
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
