Job Summary

Managing strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Channel Account Executive will develop joint business plans with MSP partners to drive revenue growth and profitability, focusing on customer service offerings and complex deal closures in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with partners to drive revenue growth, particularly in Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
  • Analyze partner business metrics to influence joint business plans and create incremental opportunities
  • Support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals while coordinating resources across Sophos teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management within the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg
  • Proven track record of developing business plans and service offerings with MSPs
  • Strong understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and commercial model integration
  • Experience exceeding sales quotas and managing key C-level relationships
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
