Job Summary
To build a high-performing partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Channel Business Development Manager will identify, recruit, and activate resellers, MSPs, VARs, and strategic channel partners while driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a remote capacity across Benelux and Southern Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the SVP of Partnerships to define and execute the regional channel strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and activate high-value resellers and strategic channel partners to generate revenue
- Establish and lead the commercial operating cadence, including forecasting, KPI reporting, and business reviews
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience building channel businesses within enterprise software or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of recruiting and growing reseller, MSP, VAR, and SI partnerships
- Experience managing commercial targets, forecasts, pipeline, and revenue performance
- Established network of channel partners to generate revenue
- A builder's mindset with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes
