Job Summary

To support a growing channel business, the full-time remote Senior Channel Strategy & Operations Manager will define growth strategies, provide insights into business performance, and build systems and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Define partner route to market categories and associated requirements and benefits
  • Drive development funds programs and other financial incentives to support channel go-to-market efforts
  • Lead annual strategy, business plan development, and quota/territory planning with Partner leaders
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and managing end-to-end partner programs
  • Deep understanding of SaaS licensing models and various partner selling motions
  • Experience with Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Familiarity with common sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or MEDDIC)
  • Proven strategic thinking and analysis skills to identify opportunities and risks
