Senior Characterization Engineer

Job Summary

Leading characterization activities for new product introductions, the full-time Senior Characterization Engineer will plan and execute bench PVT characterization for advanced high-speed signal integrity products in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with international teams and developing automated test solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of characterization activities, including developing plans and scheduling
• Develop automated test environments and perform real-time analysis of characterization results
• Generate complex datasets and produce detailed technical reports while managing follow-up actions for product quality

Required qualifications:

• BEng or MEng in Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline
• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor or high-speed electronics development
• Strong experience with signal integrity testing for high-speed analogue silicon products
• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of PCB design fundamentals for high-frequency applications
