Senior Chargebacks Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargebacks Senior Associate - EU to manage the end-to-end dispute resolution process for card transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with merchants and issuing banks to resolve card transaction disputes
• Investigate and prepare cases for chargebacks in compliance with company and card scheme requirements
• Establish relationships with clients and collaborate with team members to achieve targets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum Diploma Level of education
• At least 3 years of work experience in Chargebacks, preferably from the acquiring side
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced multinational environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
