Senior Chargemaster Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Charge Description Master Specialist, Remote - Most States Eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Chargemaster compliance with coding and billing regulations and represent services accurately
• Act as a liaison between the hospital and the Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster department, addressing inquiries and training staff
• Coordinate daily CDM maintenance workflow and document policies and procedures related to charge processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hospital chargemaster experience, including knowledge of CDM Maintenance software
• Three years of operational performance improvement and/or project management experience
• Five years of experience with Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster, preferably Epic EAP
• Three years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, nThrive
