Senior Chargemaster Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Charge Description Master Specialist, Remote - Most States Eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Chargemaster consistency with coding and billing regulations and represent services accurately
• Act as a liaison between the Hospital ministry and the Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster Department, addressing inquiries and training staff
• Coordinate daily CDM maintenance workflow and document policies and procedures regarding CDM Maintenance and charge processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Hospital chargemaster experience, including CDM Maintenance software and billing requirements
• Three (3) years of operational performance improvement and/or project management experience
• Five (5) years of experience with Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster, preferably Epic EAP
• Three (3) years of experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, nThrive
