Job Summary

Senior CIAM Engineer, responsible for the technical implementation of the Strivacity CIAM platform in a full-time contractor role, focusing on application onboarding, configuration, and security control enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide CIAM strategy and lead collaboration with security, application, and business teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks while mentoring junior engineers
• Contribute to continuous improvements through automation, design efficiencies, and proactive issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's or MBA preferred
• Over five years of experience with CIAM platforms (Strivacity or similar)
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations and CIAM industry standards
