Senior Citrix Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and optimization of enterprise Citrix environments, the 100% remote Senior Citrix Engineer will architect solutions for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler while providing technical leadership and support for a global workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and support enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments across Azure and hybrid infrastructures
- Design and optimize Citrix Cloud, NetScaler Gateway, and remote access solutions
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler
- Strong experience with Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Active Directory
- 5+ years supporting Azure-based and hybrid Citrix environments
- Experience designing highly available, geo-redundant remote access solutions
- Proficiency in PowerShell automation and Windows Server administration
