Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Claim Processing Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently process advanced & complex claim queues with a 99% or greater accuracy rate
- Resolve advanced claim processing scenarios including COB, ORTHO, TPL, and manual pricing
- Process Direct Member Reimbursement claims and serve as backup for claim administration and research
Qualifications:
- Associates degree and/or four years of experience in a business environment
- Strong math skills
- Previous claim processing experience required
- Understanding of general insurance guidelines
- Efficient computer operation and Microsoft Office skills
