Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claim Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve complex and higher exposure specialty claims
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims
• Recommend and implement action plans for settlement of claims exceeding authority level

Required Qualifications:

• Strong claims technical knowledge and legal climate background
• Proven analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively complex specialty claims experience
• Auto experience and Trucking/Heavy equipment required
