Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Accountant, responsible for managing and analyzing financial transactions related to claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile Limited Lines claims reserves and liabilities
  • Prepare and analyze claims-related financial statements and reports
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closings related to claims
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years focused on claims accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and insurance claims accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software
