Job Summary

Managing complex auto liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster - TX, FL, GA Licensed will work remotely to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact with various parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
