Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial claims involving litigation and significant injuries
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support claim outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and statutory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience, including litigation and bodily injury claims
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
