Job Summary

Senior Claims Adjuster, a fully remote position responsible for managing complex commercial claims, ensuring effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial claims with litigation and significant injury
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience, with a focus on litigation and bodily injury claims
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
