Job Summary

Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Senior Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing complex commercial claims, analyzing claims exposure, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial claims, particularly those involving litigation and serious injuries
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7-10 years of related claims experience, with a focus on litigation and bodily injury claims
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Experience in investigating claims or prior police work preferred
• Proficiency with claims and business software
