Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Senior Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve General Liability claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims by applying analytical skills and making informed decisions
• Interact extensively with clients and claimants to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions, with a preference for multi-state licenses (TX or FL)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
