Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster, the fully remote position will manage and resolve complex auto claims, including bodily injury and litigation, while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto claims from initial report through closure
• Analyze liability, damages, medical documentation, and coverage exposures for a range of claims
• Serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced adjusters while maintaining accurate claim documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience
• Experience handling both Auto Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices and claims handling standards
• Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims independently
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
