Job Summary

Managing a claim inventory from initial notice of loss through resolution, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster, MA Licensed, will conduct investigations, evaluate claim values, and negotiate settlements, with opportunities for hybrid or remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen new losses to identify potential coverage exposures
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and negotiate settlements
• Maintain frequent professional communication with customers, medical providers, and attorneys

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 0 to 2 years of related experience, or an Associate degree plus 2 to 4 years of related experience
• Experience with Guidewire and prior claims adjusting or customer-focused experience preferred
• One year of Physical Damage claims adjusting or Contact Center Claim Services experience preferred
• Successful completion of the company's Claims Training Program is required
