Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions
• Engage with various parties to ensure effective communication throughout the claims process
• Document claim activities and provide exceptional customer service to claimants

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses)
• Knowledge of litigation and accepted industry standards
• Computer experience with claims and business software
