Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Liability Litigation Senior Claim Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claim files by planning, recommending, reserving, and executing strategies for investigation and settlement
• Assess the exposure of assigned claims and maintain current knowledge of loss cost management initiatives
• Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex coverage and compensability issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in managing general liability claims
• Claims Adjuster License - Property & Casualty required
• Technical expertise in managing high complexity claims
• Advanced knowledge of statutory laws and regulations applicable to claims
