Senior Claims Adjuster (Property & Casualty)

Job Summary

Managing complex commercial property and casualty claims, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster (Property & Casualty) will work remotely to handle coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of high-exposure claims across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex coverage issues and evaluate damages and liability for commercial property and casualty claims
• Handle high-exposure property losses and investigate third-party casualty claims, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution strategies
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with stakeholders, including insureds, agents, and legal counsel, to achieve timely claim resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty claims handling
• Strong knowledge of commercial package policy coverages and experience with high-exposure claims
• Proficiency in coverage analysis, liability investigation, and settlement negotiation
• Working knowledge of Xactimate and commercial property estimating practices
• Professional designations such as CPCU, AIC, ARM, or equivalent are preferred
