Job Summary

Managing Auto Liability and Complex Bodily Injury claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster - TX, FL, GA Licensed will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact extensively with claimants and other parties to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcomes of the claim files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
