Job Summary

Managing complex bodily injury claims and litigation, the full-time Senior Claims Adjuster - TX, FL, GA Licensed will execute decision-making processes, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, applying analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
