Job Summary

Managing complex auto liability claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster - TX, FL, GA Licensed will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims using analytical skills to inform decision-making
• Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting extensively with all parties involved in the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support the outcomes of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
