Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Advocacy Manager, responsible for claims analysis, strategic advocacy, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on complex claims issues, providing guidance and support to various teams
  • Manage claims adjudication and lead third-party claims administrators to ensure accurate and equitable claims disposition
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct reviews to enhance claims advocacy processes and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Legal, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in Insurance Claims, specifically in workers compensation, general liability, or employment practices liability
  • In lieu of a degree, an additional 5 years of relevant experience will be considered
  • Master's Degree and/or Associate in Claims (AIC) or CCP Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in incident management systems and data analytics
