Senior Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Claims Analyst, a full-time position responsible for managing complex claims related to Short Term Disability and Family Medical Leave, while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and determine claim payments accurately and timely
• Mentor and support claims analysts/specialists
• Manage assigned work queues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management
• 3+ years of experience in Short Term disability or paid leave claims management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree preferred
