Senior Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of complex claims, the salaried Senior Claims Analyst will oversee property damage and bodily injury claims while coordinating communications among various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complex claims including third-party property damage and bodily injury
• Support operating companies in handling insurance claims and manage relationships with third-party administrators
• Communicate with defense attorneys on litigated cases and report on claim trends to management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' claims management experience in a risk management department
• Strong understanding of claims management with the ability to analyze data and formulate recommendations
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
