Senior Claims Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for reviewing and processing a variety of claims, the full-time remote Senior Claims Analyst will identify irregularities, ensure accuracy and completeness, and comply with policy provisions and relevant laws.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform claims handling processes and procedures related to Wellness claims
- Manage a high volume of semi-routine claims and phone calls, providing explanations of basic contract definitions
- Process operational activities including tax reporting, journal vouchers, and special investigation duties
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 - 4 years of related experience in claims processing
- Understanding of basic medical records
- Familiarity with various claim types including Wellness, Hospital Indemnity, and Disability
