Job Summary

Supporting the development and optimization of operations, the full-time remote Senior Claims Business Analyst will analyze business needs, define objectives, conduct gap and ROI analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance claims processes and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in benefit analysis and defining ROI
• Identify and document stakeholders and organization impacts
• Create and edit claims workflows and processes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years professional business analytics experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• Knowledge of the auto and casualty claims process preferred
• Experience working in an agile environment
• IIBA certification preferred
