Senior Claims Consultant - Environmental

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mass Tort & Environmental Specialty Operations Senior Claims Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and apply complex coverage for legacy runoff claims
• Handle mass tort claims including asbestos, environmental contamination, and PFAS
• Manage litigated matters and coordinate with legal counsel on strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mass tort, asbestos, or environmental claims preferred
• Prior experience with complex coverage analysis and legacy runoff portfolios strongly preferred
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional claims across the U.S. and/or Canada
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with claims systems and evolving technology in claims management
